Going from a g6 to an s8 was worth it to me. The CPU in the g6 compared to the s8 was actually a substantial difference in terms of overall speed of operation.
I never owned an S series... I always prefer the Note... I like having a bigger screen. I do like having 128gb internal memory on the g6+. The camera on the LG is not that great, especially the front facing camera

Mmm, I like the note series, but it's just too big for me, to be comfortable with it in my hands; galaxy/note phones seem to crack super easily, and I have awful luck in regards to that, lol.

Does anyone have a list of the accessories & prices that go with them if you buy this device? I bought one yesterday without realizing they offer discounted accessories with phone purchase. I randomly bought lightening deals instead. I'm wondering if its worthwhile to return and rebuy them. Feedback is welcome! Thanks
Not sure on all brands or how to sort.. But I-blazon is percentage off. I got their full device case for 13.99 normally 19.99 for my s8. Just got it today pretty nice

I ordered 2 cases. One was an otterbox (symetry?), and the other was I forget. Figured I'd chose one and send the other one back...which usually never happens and itll end up in a box somewhere instead. But at least ill be prepared

Did you get one of the cases that has a built in screen protector covering the phone screen? I was hesitant about getting one of those. Opted for a peel and stick screen protector instead

Well I did a few hours research and seems like regular tempered glass ones are pain in the ass. Between popping off or getting dust and stuff in it due to curved screen. So the iblason I got has built in screen protector. Pretty good reviews and recommended on few tech websites. It's also not bulky at all. Clear back to show off my phone. Nice rubber bumper around it. Buttons are easy to press. Bad part is could probably scratch easy. But I'm usually pretty careful with my phones. I read otterbox with built in was boo boo. So many choices out there

This was posted 2 days ago. Why am I getting a notification now that says this was posted 11 hrs ago? Is SD purposefully messing with the system so we get bombarded with redundant alerts?

Got my S9+ last night and it seems to work great. Transferred all my data, upgraded to Pie, and tested that things like T-Mobile wifi calling works. It is dramatically faster than my old S7Edge.

For those concerned about not receiving a new phone, I can attest I received a brand new Samsung Galaxy S9, sealed and new in box. Just transferred everything and works like a charm!

What kind of seal did your phone have? I received mine today, but am hesitant to keep it because the box didn't have any type of seal... making me concerned that it isn't a new product.

On mine, the Samsung box was only sealed with clear packing tape. However, inside everything seemed brand new. Plastic protection pieces were still on, cables were wrapped, everything was pristine, etc. One thing I checked for was to see if there were signs of other broken seals underneath the packing tape, and I didn't see any.

Yeah, mine looked a little weird at first glance with some clear packing tape sealing the outer box. Everything inside the box still had the plastics attached to it and like you said it seemed like it hasn't been touched. I did check the serial number and this is the Single sim card US unlocked version(which i wanted) and not the international version like some reviews said they got.

My box didn't come with a seal, but my phone had a plastic seal on the front, back and sides. Seemed to be put on at the factory but in all honesty I can't be sure of that. All the other accessories were sealed properly in the box if thats any consolation also. I did check to see if it is the US version and can confirm mine is.

By the way, for anyone else who ordered one on the 16th when it was backordered and had an estimated delivery date of September, I just got an email bumping up my delivery day to Monday, the 22nd.

Same here. No seal on the box, but the phone & cables are like you described.
