FYI you can get an LG v35 new on eBay for $280ish. It has the same processor, 2gb more RAM, better camera(s) and a slightly larger screen and battery. GSM only however so not for Sprint/Verizon.

Both this and the S10 deals are unlocked no contracts
Yes I know, but I was responding to someone who was talking about the Best Buy deal. That deal requires a contract and the phone is locked.

LG has terrible updates, no resell value, and probably no factory warranty from ebay. Apple and Samsung google are hands down best phones you can buy especially if you plan on upgrading later because the resell value

The lack of resell value is the feature here. It's why you can get it so cheaply despite being a newer better device than the s9.

Unlocked Samsung phones mean no T-Mobile Wifi calling right??

Debating about spending the extra on the S9 vs a G7 Power.
Getting the G7 Power for the T-Mobile Band 71.

Tmobile supports all features from most all phones. That's their bread and butter to make up for poor indoor coverage.. S9 also has band 71

I've always heard that Samsung unlocked phones don't have wifi calling for any carrier.
You have to get a carrier specific device for wifi calling?

Tmobile is fine is fine for unlocked s9, you will get all your features.. I just Google it read it on xda, tmobile forums, reddit. Afew months ago had issue after pie. Also galaxy does carrier switching once you pop in Sim.. Basically will flash tmobile. But other carriers run into a problem with advanced features

The only upside to g7 is closer to stock android and longer battery.. But everything else galaxy curb stomps it..

I have an iPhone 6 with AT&T not under contract. Would I have to go to att store to reconfigure current SIM (or get new SIM)? I had to do this when I switched from LG G2 to my iPhone 6.

Nope iPhone and galaxy both take nano sims.. You would pop it in... G2 had bigger Sim card, that's why you needed smaller one

OK folks free tech support is closing. Moral of the story buy or don't buy whatever you want. There will be other deals down the line. Just do research so you know what you get or want. Good luck
