Amazon has a few Prime Day Deals of the Day on External / Portal Hard Drives:

Checking on CamelCamelCamel, this is the best prices the 2TB drive has ever been by about $6, matches the black friday 2018 price on the 1TB drive, and they're priced lower than the Seagate drives by a few dollars. Looks like they come with a 2 year warranty. I'm in for one of the 2TB's.

Not bad. $3-$4 cheaper than the Seagate 2TB Backup Plus Siver. USB is however most likely integrated on this Toshiba if that matters.

Read the reviews from others about their horrible warranty process if things go bad.

Any cheaper or easier options? I have an early PS4 and have started maxing out the storage recently since my kid is downloaded a lot of LEGO video games when they were all on sale a while back.

10% gave a 1 star review, I don't like 1 in 10 odds of presumably losing the data I put on it.

If* will lol however when I had one fail a few years ago it was simple as reaching out on Twitter. Send them info they requested. Then they had me ship it out however paid me back more than what i bought it for. They said because they go by what the price of it is during that time and no body was selling that model anymore. They made it super easy. Did take about 3 weeks however it worked in my favor plus I didn't have anything important on that drive I knew it wasnt a good one when I got it.. it was clicking randomly but loud over time and sure enough 6 months later it failed

I would be all over this except it's Toshiba! I've had 100% failure rate on 4 external hard drives in the past 8yrs with this brand (all failures with in 14-18 months not even half capacity) Seagate is a close second WD hasn't let me down yet.

Agreed! I am afraid of Toshiba drives. I stay with WD as well.
