That is insane battery life and insane weight.
Notebookcheck seems to be down on the durability - and no USB-C charging - but I can imagine you can get some even more insane battery life with some judicious undervolting.

If this had USB-C charging it would be perfect, bummer

Footz say this doesn't have usb-c charging, I believe lenovo 730s does. This one is slightly lighter than lenovo. They are both great devices. I would go with lenovo as it is cheaper but some would want the most extreme lightest (2.4 vs 2.1 lbs)
Around a month ago lenovo 730s 16gb / 512gb 13.3 inch i7 8565u was at 700 dollars + tax sold by lenovo store. 8gb version at ~750 dollars is not as breathtaking.

I believe that these actually do have charging via USB-C.

Second review at https://www.adorama.com/r/lo13zaaas5u1-reviews says that it does, though I'm not sure how trustworthy that would be. Seems legit, though.

2.62 lbs vs. 2.1 lbs, 24% heavier, half a pound difference. Also, LG has 72 Wh battery vs 50 Wh. Are those two things worth $300 to you?
