FYI you don't need to download the app. Just sign up with email on My.Wendys.com
Go to offers, then you will see the different coupons. Just tell them you want Baconator fries when you order, and when you pay at the window or counter, show them the coupon. Some just want to view it for the code, others will actually tap it to mark it as used.

Eh, with fewer members on SD it should be easier to secure deals.

Get used to it. They offer these deals to get people to use it, so they can work out the kinks of the process. Then they make it mandatory and can start cutting staff, because they don't need anyone to take orders anymore.

I don't know why, but I hate mobile ordering. Wish they'd make it for any type of order (drive-thru, walk up). Hope they don't make this the norm. McDonald's tried this and it failed miserably.

It sounds like a good deal but the deal don't pop out like I need to emphasize that I have gold letters and something to draw attention to the deal is just like playing to makes people look past it and don't want it

Honestly I used to be the same way. It can be a great time saver though. Maybe not so much if the drive-thru is really busy, but if you plan it right you can get the orders quickly. I only attempt drive-thru mobile orders if I know it's not a busy time. For Taco Bell I would do in-store pickup and it is pretty fast. Food will be ready as soon as you get there. Same w/ Firehouse Subs. Firehouse Subs is typically pretty slow if you order in the store. Mobile order is fast and they have the food on a shelf waiting for you to pick it up. I've used the McDonald's mobile order a few times. There's a Japanese restaurant that I eat at that offer mobile order now. Seems faster than calling in. Some apps save your past orders like Firehouse Subs & Taco Bell.

I do agree you that should be able to choose to order anyway you want though.
