These are good quality kettlebells. Good enough to be in commercial gyms imho. 60lbs is probably good for someone who weighs around 150 lbs or so. 70lbs is ideal for someone about 180lbs in wt. But people who use kettlebells already know this so if your getting into it, please hire or attend classes by a certified rkc trainer. 35lbs and a 70lbs set is good for someone starting. TRX had some good kettlebell workouts available.

Swing a 60lb? Beast
I started on a 35lb bell which felt absolutely insane for the first week! However, I moved up to a 60 in about a month (I've been using a 72 for a few years now with no plans to move up). If you're using them at least 4 days a week you'll surprise yourself how quickly you move up.

And keep your lighter bells and buy seconds when you can. Doubles with 35-50 feels awesome!

while this is a great deal for the kettle ball if you look at amazon reviews you hear alot about quality and finish.

Questions on if they are truly cast iron, finish peeling off, holes and breaking etc

Well they have to cut corners some where. Aside from that, reviews look good and the chances you will get a crap one is not high, but totally possible.

I bought a crap ton of these cap kettlebells and weighed them. They were super accurate, most within 1%/2% range.

Pretty good KBs, can't really beat them for the price. You'll want some chalk though, grip can get slick, especially on the bigger ones.

If you think swinging a 60 is fine for someone who is not in excellent shape, then you're not doing swings correctly. Don't recommend things that are going to get people hurt. These are good for people who need a good single arm squat kettlebell weight, but most exercises beyond that I wouldn't recommend a 60 unless you are experienced and have a good understanding of what you need.
