This looks like a good price for this particular item. I personally buy the cheepy coffee makes at Walmart for $15. Does this particular one do something that I'm not aware of? I'm just more so curious

It is hard to spot in the woods. That is the only difference. Of course animals would smell the coffee and the exhaust fumes from your generator, and hear the motor.

But seriously, other than the camo, this is a basic, name brand, programmable drip brewer. No special temp settings or other features.

You can typically find programmables on sale for $25 and up.

Basic brewers with no program features for $15 and up, as you said.

This one is more about the style than the features. I am sure there is someone out there with a camo themed cabin or home that would like this.

Couldn't you just buy a $4 roll of camo duck tape and camo up your $7.99 procter silex coffee maker and end up with just about the same thing? Yes, I think so. My coffee making method when camping is to boil some water in a pan over the fire, use a french press or instant coffee, pour that into a thermos. But I don't see this plug in machine having any use for camping anyway, since it needs to be plugged in.

Is there a mistake in the title?
The picture just shows a coffee pot.
