Love these containers, perfect for dog & cat food storage. Just noticed that the 25/35 pound versions are lower than their price on prime day lightening deals, lowest in about a year or so.

25 pound version is $14.96
35 pound version is $18.95

Other versions seem to be regular price

I've been using one of these for probably 4 years. Still holding up. I'm not overly impressed with the build quality, but time speaks for itself. It's still doing the job. About once a year, I get a small amount of ants in the kitchen ~15ft from this container. But never once have I had any bugs in the dog food. For what that's worth. I'd buy it again.

The person understandably felt devastated and unbelievably guilty, but it was a freak accident. It's sad that people felt the need to downvote my warning and joke about a pet's avoidable death when it's a legit risk for an airtight product that holds something that's attractive to pets. If it helps one person be more aware, it can potentially save a life. And that's the most important thing.

Albeit smaller, I use a food safe 5 gallon bucket (with lid) I picked up at the grocery store for $4. If anyone is wondering what other options are out there.

If I didn't have that already, I'd probably go for this deal, TU!

These are my favorite food containers! Lets me buy food in larger amounts and keep it from getting stale (not like I eat it to test staleness). For $20 u can also get (red/blue) 3Piece IRIS https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PFQVMRG/

Not sure if this is a great deal, but it's definitely a great product. We got 2 of these about a year ago to keep dog food in and it stays fresh and ant-free.

serious question: I understand it is for cat and dog food but can we keep human food here?. I mean with kids in home there are so many opened packets of cookies or chips or even say packet of beans or rice ...can we use it to keep rice ?
