Keep getting signed out of the app

For maybe the last week, I seem to have to re- login to the iPhone app at least once a day or up to several times a day. Each time an emailed activation code is required. I don't mind the MFA requirement, but having to login constantly is not ideal.

Make sure out isn't part of the apps that "save battery", that will do it. Spotify over bluetooth on android and iphone pauses every though seconds when you have it on power save mode and it shuts down the "unused"application when it's "not open", then the bluetooth controller wakes it back up and restarts the application. Annoying, but I figured it out.

Hi hwci,

We trying out a fix for the logout issue in the latest build, 5.5.2, that we released today. The update is still being rolled out so you might have to manually go to the App Store to get the update.
Try out that update and let us know if you're still running into the logout issue. You can email us at ios@slickdeals.net or through the in-app feedback form on the Settings page of the app.

I'm wondering if some outdated info is getting carried over even through the update. If it is, then logging out manually should clear it out.

I recently updated my Slickdeals app after not updating it for a few months and I am also have issues as the OP. Not fun at all Frown

Sorry that you're running into this issue as well. I definitely realize your frustrations with this issue. This issue just sucks from our perspective as well as programmers because based on all the reports we've gotten so far, it's just been random if a user runs into this issue or not, which makes figuring out how to solve it or what's causing it much harder.
But rest assured, we'll figure this issue out one way or another.

This is nuts and frustrating. Used app for years and in last few weeks constantly logged out on my iOS devices. Never logged out while using but when coming back to app and go to thumb something up or comment it prompts me to login. Used to just mostly occur on iPad, but now all the time on phone too.
