No dd-wrt support, yet. It does appear to have Broadcom chips which is good, but Brainslayer has no build for this router at this time.

figures. just picked up a used one on ebay yesterday for $25. should have held off.

can anyone tell me something...

i have a n450 router with an ac750 extender. i have a driveway cam running of the extender, and as of right now, the connection is really spotty. playback will freeze every 5 seconds. im hoping replacing the old slow router with a faster one will help?

linux supports it only with the proprietary broadcom driver, which means, expect the same wifi performance and issues on 3d party firmware as the default firmware

Any problem using this as just a wired router that hooks into a mesh system?

I just noticed last weekend that the router at my cottage is only N band. This should fit the bill.

Picked this up same price on prime day. Running it as an AP working well thus far. Thinking about picking up another for basically a cheap mesh alternative.

I bought this router last year and for the everyday common uses for connecting phones, 4k tv, multiple computers and laptops this has worked almost flawlessly. Great buy, reliable and enough speed to support all. Would buy another if I needed it
