Title is a little misleading, as the only way to sign up will be in the app, and apparently there will be an app update required first, which is currently scheduled for Monday, if the rumors hold true and nothing goes wrong between now and then. So it hasn't arrived yet, but it's definitely very close, since all the rules and terms are live on the website.

Edit: Sorry you're getting so many downvotes, OP. It's a really good deal for people who watch a lot of movies, but there's a lot of people upset with some of the fine print and that it's not as good a deal as A List with the premium upcharges and convenience fees, not to mention the 12 month commitment.

Can pay monthly, but there's a minimum 12 month commitment to start.

Hopefully one year minimum is a mistake . I get why they are doing it but paying 218 up front is kinda shitty

It looks like it will be a monthly automatic charge for a minimum one year term.

Don't have to pay it upfront, can pay monthly, but you'll be on the hook for the whole amount for the first year, and the terms include the option to send you to collections to get the remainder if you stop paying early. It remains unknown how much Regal will really want to enforce this, at least if you have a good reason (other than just not wanting it anymore) for cancelling.

It also has a few nice terms in there indicating that they can suspend your plan for a variety of reasons for periods of time and you will still be subject to the monthly fees during the suspension without being able to use your plan.

Yeah, there's a lot of things in the terms that are pretty draconian, which is odd because my local Regal is always very friendly and customer-oriented. Must be the Cineworld influence. Hopefully they will be more understanding and willing to bend in practice then they are in these terms.

Technically the 50c fee is a discount from the current $1.50 fee, but compared to AMC, it's disappointing. And you can't avoid the fee for advanced purchases, because box office and kiosk purchases are limited to same day.

It's not in the terms, but according to the leaks from employee training, it will be the difference between the regular 2D price and the premium format price. So yes, nowhere near the convenience of A List, and really only worth it if Regal is much closer/better than AMC, or you watch more than 3 movies per week.

I agree, A list sounds much better, unless you are watching more than 3 movies per week.

Its $20, you can go to any AMC, in any theater and its only a 3 month commitment.
