Several differences:

1. Philips has pop up camera
2. Phillips has Adaptive sync, HDR 400
3. Philips has dual 5 W speakers built in
4. VA display for Philips versus IPS for Dell (pros and cons to each)
5. Dell appears to have more connections (2 display ports, 2 downstream USBs)
6. 4 year advanced replacement with Philips versus 3 years for Dell
7,. Most important for me, the curvature for Dell is 3800 versus 1800 for Philips (more curvature with 1800 for better viewing experience)

The price looks right for Dual 27" QHD monitor combine, how is this comparing to Dell?

The feature looks identical and Philips comes with 4 years warranty, did anyone try?

Thanks, looks like Philips has better price justification and warranty for my use. I mainly use them for excel work, and $1000 is a rare find for this. in for one

Little of topic, but if you use them for Excel, take a look at 40ish inch 4k displays. Think there is a 43 inch LG that is constantly on sale around SD for half this price.
For one of my work mashines, I got the $150 40 inch Samsung 4k Walmart clearance tv that was posted here recently(also va pannel). Using HDMI 2.0 gets me 4k @60 hz from my Lenovo laptop usb-c. (Adapter usb c to HDMI from Amazon - got one with usb ports so I hook up mouse and kb)
So if you don't want to spend a lot of money for viewing Excel sheets, that is 1/6 of the price and about same amount of pixels.
Otherwise these are beautiful monitors Smilie just little pricey...

Just asking. Is there any media games/movies that are formatted for this aspect ratio?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe most people would buy this for racing sims. Instead of 3 monitors side by side, this is one seamless solution.
