Thanks OP. I'm not sure I would trust an expensive monitor with this but I've been looking for a way to attach a 27" I have sitting on my workbench in the garage, looks like this will cheaply do the trick.

I basically use it to attach a cheap 32" TV used as a live camera feed monitor of the outside in different areas of the shop.

Smaller TVs nowadays are basically lighter than the mounts. there's almost no way a wimpy TV will bend and break the steel. And if it comes out of the wall it just means you did it wrong, nothing with the mount or the weight of the TV. 😉

Lol. Yeah my tv is about half the weight of this mount. The mount and the brackets are all metal and solid quality. I bought one when it was this price about a month ago and it's plenty for 32 inch tv we have in the garage.
