I just activated my account, but I can't see my 3 free months?

Don't worry, it's coming. Your 3 free months will be applied to your account within 24 hours after activation. You will see this as 'Next Plan' in your home screen of Account Management.

Where can I see that my free 3-month has been applied to my account?

In Account Management, on your home screen. It will show a 3 month 8GB plan as your 'Next Plan' with Recharge Paid. This means that at the end of your first 3 months you will automatically move into another 3 month 8GB plan. You can also check that the credit has been applied by looking in Transaction History, you will see a line item for 'B3G3 promo credit.'

What if the credit is visible on the app and not the website, or vice-versa?

If you're seeing the credit on either the app or the website, then you're good to go. Our system may be synching - you'll soon be able to view the credit on both platforms.

What should I do if the credit isn't applied in online Account Management or the Mint Mobile app within 24 hours?

Have it on two phones, works great except iPhone messaging with pictures, that was never stable.Whatever instructions they provide (APN, MMSC) didn't work a bit. Regular messaging is fine including pictures. Also note they charge tax

What kind of phone are you using? Doesn't that sometimes cause the issue? I'm thinking of switching to Mint, but first need to research issues like this one.
I have a Samsung Note 8

I have used Mint for almost a year now. Very few complaints. They use T-Mobile towers. I switched from Verizon. The speed is definitely throttled at times, but that seems to be the case with all of these lower-priced services. For the price, you can't beat Mint based on my in-depth research before switching.

You will pay tax too, if you just want to try it you can get a 3 month plan for about $38 with no tax on most areas on eBay

Mint has WiFi calling but sketchy for me. I even bought a T-Mobile booster on eBay that was useless. Service was great for me in CT. When I first moved to Ocala it was fine but I moved to another part of Ocala my service sucked. Switched to Verizon, sucks too. Get a $38 no tax at eBay to try it out. I was happy with it for 10 months

If you did this deal last year and haven't used mint in over half a year can you do this deal again? What does mint co Sider a new customer?

Is this deal typically offered only at this time of year or at multiple yes throughout the year?

They run a deal where it is $20 for all 3 months, not $20/month. So this deal is more along their typical intro price. I have most of my family on Mint Mobile. Coverage is T-Mobile so be sure to check to make sure your area is covered well. Some are, some aren't.

Tends to be based on your email address. Use a different email address and phone number, and get the intro pricing. Personally, I'd wait for a better deal as this is just their normal priced "intro."

That's an option, yes. Depends on your phone, too.
