I'm able to do 3400 mhz with the default cl 16 timings at 1.39volts, which is about all I am comfortable with right now on a asus b450 tuf gaming and ryzen 2700.

Is 3600MHz at possibly worse timings worth it on Ryzen 5 3600 (Zen 2)?

Would you choose this over Corsair Vengeance 3200 Micron Rev B? I have these already but thinking of returning them.

Loose tRCDRD to 19, you can do 3733 @ 1.4v. However, micron e die tRFC is quite bad 300-350 ns. So performance is a little bit worse than Samsung b die.

Question in my mind is, how much of a performance increase in whatever activity you're doing will you really gain? Is it worth spending the extra money and going through a return process? This memory is fine, spend your money on better GPU or CPU, unless you've already got the best there is of those.

It depends on what version your chips say on the back. Mine say version 3.31, which is Rev B. There is a chart on the bottom of this page https://www.reddit.com/r/overcloc...i/ram/ddr4

Sweet, that's what I was looking for. Thanks, timings out of curiosity?

Ok, thanks. I will check them when I swap them out. They still can't get over 3333 no matter how loose I time them.
