Can't add a new deal alert or edit existing ones

Nothing happens when I click the Add A Deal Alert button or the Edit button on any of my existing alerts. I can Delete an alert and View Current Matches. I only have 47 alerts, so it's not a matter of hitting the limit.

are you using classic or redesign?

what browser(s)?

what os?

this should help the devs to troubleshoot Smilie

If I switch to Redesign then it works properly.

Update:

Now I can't access Classic View. I click on it but it stays on Redesign.

Further update:


Everything is back to normal now. I can access Classic and add/edit Alerts.

I spoke too soon. I'm stuck in Redesign and clicking on Classic does nothing. I can add and edit Alerts.

Hi BobCoxner,

From the forum details it looks like your IP location changed from the US to the EU during the timeframe where you were not able to access the Classic site. We do not currently support Classic for EU users, so the IP location change looks to be the source of the problem. Once that changes back to the US, you should not have any further issues switching to Classic.
