A 2.5" 1tb m.2 ssd is more expensive than an nvme 1tb ssd? Looks weird

The m.2 drive is NVMe. Either way, after recent deals these prices don't seem that great anymore, and yes I'm talking about DRAM drives not DRAM-less for the SSD.

This is a good price on the 1TB HP EX950, but the SX 8200 PRO (Adata's very similar model) is on sale for $115 at Rakuten, $18 less.

It is a top of the line NVMe SSD (EX900<EX920<EX950) with the SM2262EN controller. It has excellent performance nearly comparable to (and runs much cooler than) the E12 controller ones (e.g Sabrent Rocket or Inland Premium).

However, the 1TB SATA MX500 price doesn't seem to be particularly low to me either.

All of these drives have DRAM.

Not a good deal on the Crucial. It falls to $83 every so often. Normal price is $107.
