I get these from whole foods. The bones are softer than bread crumbs and dissolve instantly in saliva. Great source of calcium and magnesium.

The Marinara sauce one [amazon.com] is close to it's lowest Amazon price @ $20.41 w/ 5% S&S. Per CamelCamel it usually hovers in the $27-$28 range on Amazon

Every time I read an article about omegas,
I'm like "I'm eating more sardines!"

*chokes down a tin of King Oscar*

Maybe next year!

Try adding them to a salad or a pasta dish. They go GREAT in Ramen if you're so inclined. I've also made omelets/frittata with them. Think of them as an alternative to tuna & try to use them in tuna recipes you may like.

I hope this helps you or anybody else that has a hard time eating sardines.

Instant ramen and sardines. Excellent starving student fare, and still a sometimes late night snack for me.
