Ziplocs have been crap lately, the seems down the sides rip open often if you're not gentle when opening the bags. My cheap Kroger bags are working better.

This kind haven't been so great for me. I really like the slider lock, even though they can fall off.

true story, they are intentionally making them weaker to prevent reuse. a lot of my quarts and gallons are doing this, even on first time use. less so on the sandwich ones as i assume they figure most people wont reuse them based on what usually goes in it

Let me add my voice to the negative comments. The seal was horrible on my ziploc bags. Got Glad sandwich bags- a lot superior and took away the aggravation of spilled protein powder, food etc from poor ziploc seal. Considering there's a whole bunch sitting in my pantry just occupying space, it's not even worth getting them for free.

I like the older glad bags that were thick & earlier ziploc b4 every1 started the flimsy zip bag trend. Prices should've gone down since quality went down considerably.

Yup +1 on the Ziploc bags ripping open. I have recycled older bags in the garage containing small parts like nuts and bolts and they are definitely stronger and seal better than the new ones.
