I was waiting on a deal on the M12 lantern, and here it is!

There are other M12 specials, but mostly inferior to last month:

These stood out to me because of % discount off msrp, but I don't need so many lights... Or so I keep reminding myself

Same question.... anyone?
Add it to the cart. If they show up as separate items then yes. If it's one sku, like most online deals are, the no. It's very easy to figure out.

It is not in store, at least advertised. The promo starting Sunday (though up in every HD I've been in this week) has a free 2.0 with select tools, lantern not included.

Yep, plus it was available in stores so you can return the battery for pro-rate refund
That sounds like stealing with extra steps.

no free battery though
Agreed, But I might go that route as the lumen output is higher and runtime much longer. Just wanted to show people the options.

They allow it. It isn't stealing if you are playing by their own rules.

You can use this deal to get up to 2 $100 HD GCs with 1free $10 Visa card for each $100. Effectively $220 for $200. Handy for this deal. The thread says they show up in minutes.

BTW just got the M12 tower light + 6Ah promo in store, still going. No signage so I dont know until when, but it worked as of a couple hours ago.
Still active at my store as of this AM - signage and all. Albeit I really still do not see why I need this so passed it up as I have for months. What is the return value of the 6ah battery on this combo? Just seems like a pricey light.

Rather than just give the amount it will be, think about it this way. You are saving $100 (or $99) on a $250 ($248), purchase. So you are paying 150/250 of the price. Multiply that # by the original cost of each item, and that will give you the cost of each.

At $150, yes it is a bit pricey, especially compared to what you get out of the m18 for $50 more.

Yep. Other way to think of the prorated refund. Following your rocket light example you're paying 150 for 250 worth of goods or 150/250 = 60% of MSRP, or 40% off (discount), which applies to each item if refunded

Yes.

I got 62.something back after tax (6.35% in CT) on the battery.

My store took it down days before the end. I wonder if I should try ringing them up and see what happens. Did you just take a tower light and a 6.0 ah batter and they rang up at 150?

I just switched to Milwaukee a couple weeks ago from Dewalt and missed the deadline on this deal while I was swapping out other kits.

Got the M12 hammerdrill/impact driver with ratchet. Sold the ratched and impact driver, got an upgraded ratchet and a Surge kit, which I now need to rebuy and return to get the free battery which I'll keep. Also got a bare tool stubby and love it.

If it works, the register (includes self check out) will ring up both and then discount the battery right away - no special codes etc needed. Good luck
