Cosmic Star heroine stands out.

One strike: I have a 4-year-old who enjoyed it.. in general she can't play games if more than a button. Not even a d-pad. It's a simplified version of bushido blade or fighting games. It's literally one strike one kill. About timing but the dynamics are rudimentary that I can't see mastery in this game a skill above a button masher. Good for the little ones but not anyone 7 and up.

HoPiKo is great on iOS. Curious if the Switch version holds up. Seems like input would be difficult with a controller, but the touchscreen should work nearly as well.

People seem to like 9 Parchments. Not quite for me, though.

Cosmic star heroine is an RPG, nothing like you described. Great game tho!

The Way Remastered was pretty decent. I bought it a couple months ago and played it all the way through. I liked the problem solving required for several of the puzzles. If you like 2D scrollers with puzzles, you can't really go wrong for $0.99. They graphics are from the 80's, but I used to play video games in the 80's so I was fine with that.

He was actually talking about two games. The second part is about One Strike.

I agree with his One Strike description.

I concur. The Way Remastered is a no-brainer at $1.

Letter Quest is good at that price. Word puzzle game. About 6 hours of entertainment.
