Love my George Foreman Grill. Still the best way to cook salmon because it sears on both sides and catches the grease in the drip tray. By the most basic one you can not the fancy ones with the removable plates. I had one that shorted out the day after the warranty expired!!. Went and got the largest basic model and it lasts for years.
