Anyone know how the return process works for this? I'm nervous I won't like it. And it seems like a lot of trouble to ship a mattress back.

This is an absolute atrocity. Mattress leaked fiber glass everywhere and sunk in a huge hole only 2 months into owning it. Also... The reviews on mold are accurate and breathing that + fiber glass in is no good.

1. Is this mattress somehow infused with green tea, and

2. Is a green tea mattress beneficial to health, providing similar benefits as drinking green tea, or

3. Is this just a name for marketing?

*Edit* can I get the same benefits by spilling green tea on an ordinary mattress?
Holding out for a black tea mattress.

Had this in King, due to no edge support (and running a tad hot) switched to a hybrid.. while it is a great mattress, I have regretted it every day, the only other mattress with this plushness is the Tom Brady bed (BeautyRest) which is around $4k.

I get that it's fine for a guest room, but what do you sleep on nightly? I'm casually looking for a new mattress. Have a serta pillow top mattress, and it's barely lasted 3 years and is terrible. Been thinking of just picking up a mattress from Costco due to their warranty, but I'm willing to look elsewhere.
I bought this for my new house. Slept great for a year then started getting the worst back pain imaginable. There were soft spots when I started looking and feeling around for them. Did not hold up well at all wouldn't use it for a daily sleeper. Great for a guest room. Also sleeps very hot. If you sweat or get warm at night at all this isn't for you.

Always avoid pillow tops. They sag. Buy a name brand in a Firm or research foam or latex further.

No back support, both me and wife developed back pain. Feeling better after moving back to spring mattress. Runs very hot at night even during winter nights.
Thanks for your post. I'm 235lbs and gf (140) and I tested some of these foam mattresses recently and both commented that there was little support (just sinking in) and indeed they were hot. Thinking I'll stick with the Simmons Beautyrest with the 800+ coils and go with a firm.

Thanks for the suggestion! I am just starting the research phase now. Definitely will avoid pillow tops in the future.

I have two of these in my house and strongly recommend. All the guests who slept on this mattress thought of it as an expensive mattress. One of them got it for their guest room the next day.

Pros:
Decent Plush
Feels good memory foam
Good pressure absorption - You don't disturb your partner.

Cons:
Runs a little hot
I put a "cooling topper" that is waterproof on it under my sheets to solve the heat issue

He probably works at a traditional mattress store. I made the mistake of walking into one of those places and told them I was considering a sleep number bed. The salesman claimed that the sleep number bed was going out of business. This was over 5 years ago. Not sure who's worse, a used car salesman or a mattress salesman.

Is this stand alone or do you have to put it on box springs?
Use a platform bed or place in panel size boards across the bottom to smooth out the surface! It lays well on a surface , so a box spring is not needed! It depends on the bed frame you have, if yours has a box spring then lay it on the old box spring and test it out! I have two beds one where I had to add flat panels across the bottom and the other where it rests on a old box spring! Both work well!
