From my research and reviews this seems like it has a lot of the same features and adjustments of a Herman Miller though not the build quality, in terms of features and comfort but with a fractoin of the cost.

On the website, it $139.99 but there's a $20 off $75 purchase coupon you can add by clicking banner at the top or input Coupon code: 74883.

$20 discount shown AFTER checkout.

I'm in for one!

I've had this chair for a couple months. I really like it. Obviously not near the build quality of Herman Miller or Steelcase, but you won't find much better in this price range. My only complaint is the chair width is pretty narrow. If you're a bigger person, it would definitely be a tight squeeze.

Bought this chair when It was $99 and returned it after 20 mins. It will numb your legs/thigh area.

Absolutely I've had this chair for several years and literally sit in it every day and it's pretty horrible, the plastic frame is unforgiving and the mesh isn't really strong enough to protect you against that frame which will exert a lot of force under your legs overtime so I basically have two pillows one I sit on and one for my lower back which makes it bearable, but I obviously need a much better chair I'm just still shopping around/researching. Basically wouldn't recommend this if your life depended on it lol. It might be okay for short periods of time but definitely not long-term / daily use
Are you guys larger build? I'm asking seriously. My friend wants a good chair for his office, and he's a skinny dude. It has many positive reviews on their page, so I'm just wondering if this chair isn't very compatible with larger people but may work well for skinny people like my friend. Maybe the mesh can only handle so much weight to support?

I ordered this chair for $97 just yesterday after some fanangling with coupons. Having gone to Staples and tried it out, it seems well worth the price. It's no $250+ chair, but for around $100-120 it seems like a really good deal. I'm not small and I found it to be more than wide enough.

Got this chair about 5 years ago. Had to replace the armrest twice cause I worked from home at no cost due to fantastic 5 year warranty. The headrest is not comfortable and just gets in the way. Other than that it is a very comfortable chair. Think this was $75 back then.

I'm 5'7" and 165lbs. This chair just not good. Maybe your friend go to staples store and sit on the chair for a while before buy it. Try to sit at least 15mins.

Thanks for the info. It's confusing because some reviewers are saying this chair is not good for anyone taller than 5;10. Some are saying this chair is not good if you are heavier. But most are saying it's great. Haha.

I bought this chair in 2013. I still have it and I use it every day for work for hours. I have terrible posture from the way I sit but it's not a reflection on the chair itself. The seat bottom hasn't really stretched and is still comfortable compared to material filled seats I've had. I more than got my 100 dollars of use from it in the last 7 years. However if they changed the quality of the chair since then I might not be able to recommend it.

After 5 years of banging the arms against my desk one cracked. They replaced them.

I definitely recommend this chair as an entry to mesh chairs. If you want something better go for Herman Miller or Steelcase. Others are saying they cant stand it, but I had mine for several years and i love it. The warranty is great . Had some damage on the arm rest from where i push on them, but they sent me new ones no questions asked.

This is a normal price for the chair though, not really a "deal." You could wait for $110 or $100.

Your local staples may have the chair out for you try as well.

Tell your friend to get a pursuit ergonomic chair by uplift. It's a great build and isn't crazy expensive, $300, versus a high end $1000 chair.

I have this chair and I've been using it for about 6 months. I find it really comfortable and don't have any of the problems mentioned except for neck rest. You really have to be the type to lean your head all the way back because as the guy mentioned it doesn't swivel too well. Besides that the mesh is comfortable and doesn't fade, tear, etc. it does a great job for long duration sitting

Durability-wise I've found the Workpro 1000 to be better.
We've had the mesh bottom/seat stretch or loosen considerably on several Hykens while the Workpros have held up better even with heavier users.

"Seems" like Herman Miller quality? Based on what? This is probably the biggest bullcrap statement I've heard.

I'm 5'10" 160lb. I do wish the chair could drop down a tad lower so I could rest my feet completely flat without feeling a little discomfort underneath my thighs.

Had this chair for about 3 years. It's not bad but not great. I personally like the headrest, but could see it not working for some people if they were too tall or short.

I recommend going to the store and trying it out.
