From my research and reviews this seems like it has a lot of the same features and adjustments of a Herman Miller though not the build quality, in terms of features and comfort but with a fractoin of the cost.

On the website, it $139.99 but there's a $20 off $75 purchase coupon you can add by clicking banner at the top or input Coupon code: 74883.

$20 discount shown AFTER checkout.

I'm 6'3 and 250 lb, I've had this chair since December and absolutely no complaints here. Easily one of the best chairs I've ever owned and certainly better than buying one of those cheapo chairs from Office Max that start falling apart within a few months. For complaints about the headrest, there's a tutorial on how to mod it so it isn't in the way, it's essentially just flipping the headrest bracket around and only takes a few minutes. The headrest shouldn't be a problem for shorter folk tho, but it can definitely get in the way for taller guys like me but that simple mod fixes the problem.

I had two of these chairs for awhile now. Got them very early on through SD. Both had to have their main height adjustment canisters changed after a year or so. Been fine after the change maybe it was a bad batch. The arm rests crack on you after awhile but I think it's out of warranty now. Originally they were quite comfortable and I really like the breathability of a full mesh chair. But over time I think it causes me some lower back pain sitting on it for long periods. There is not much real lumbar support on these.

If you add at least $10.01 in filler, you can stack codes 43564 and 74883 for $40 off.

Bought this chair when It was $99 and returned it after 20 mins. It will numb your legs/thigh area.
Lol what? It's mesh with lots of padding above the plastic frame...

I bought this about 2 years ago. No complaints about discomfort or 'numbing' but the arm rests did crack from me leaning on them. It's a nice foam top of the arm rest, that would be incredibly simple to order a replacement and swap it out.. but nobody offers the part alone. I just swapped the arm rests and tried not to lean on my left so much!

I would recommend this chair, it doesn't get hot in the summer, and it has many adjustments for lumbar, leaning back, and the neck support.

Again, I've never had numbing or discomfort and I sit in it for MANY hours at a time.

Absolutely I've had this chair for several years and literally sit in it every day and it's pretty horrible, the plastic frame is unforgiving and the mesh isn't really strong enough to protect you against that frame which will exert a lot of force under your legs overtime so I basically have two pillows one I sit on and one for my lower back which makes it bearable, but I obviously need a much better chair I'm just still shopping around/researching. Basically wouldn't recommend this if your life depended on it lol. It might be okay for short periods of time but definitely not long-term / daily use
Y'all got defective chairs or have other issues?

You can bounce on mine and wouldn't touch any of the frame through the mesh.

edit: I have used my chair for like 10+ hours most days for 2 years and the mesh hasn't stretched or anything. my only complaint is arm rest durability. they split at the seem of the foam if you lean on them too much

edit 2: I like how the people claiming it's trash get upvotes but people saying it's really good don't get any.

So many bad reviews on this. How did it come to FP ? It would lead people who don't know about this bad reviews to buy this. Pretty bad

I work from home and use this chair for around 8 hours every day. Very comfortable and does not bother me with continuous use. Personally threw away the headrest. It was worthless for me as it has limited motion for adjustment, and I just couldn't get it in the right position to be comfortable. The back rest part has good lumbar support and adjust-ability for different heights.

Just purchases another for my gaming desk last week for similar price.

Keep in mind this has the mesh seat, so if that's not your thing you may not like this.
Agreed ! I replaced an Amazon basic (I think) chair I bought & it is a lot better than what I replaced . It's a decent chair for the price , especially if you can get it cheaper than $100

This chair is perfect if you are 5'7" or less. Last year, I went around the entire staples store trying out chairs and finally found one that had a seat area just perfect for a smaller person: the length from back to front is not too big so shorter legs can hit the ground comfortably at a reasonable chair height setting (ie not at the shortest setting).

Notice that all the negative reviews are coming from bigger folks. Had they tried it in store, they would have known it was designed for smaller ppl.

I agree with you. I've had it for a year with no issues and love the mesh bottom in the summer.

For longer hours of use the mesh is very uncomfortable indeed but I use it with a folded throw on it and it's very comfortable.

Fantastic chair. I bought it 5 years ago for around $70 from staples. I'm 5'5" and 170lb. gives me all the support I need in lumbar, back, shoulder and headrest is perfect for me. a huge feature I like about this chair is the back will tilt back independently from the seat. I've had so many past office chairs and this one is still holding up well. My main complaint from fancy leather chairs is they do not breath, so you end up with sweaty buttcrack after a while.. ha! This chair is soo good, I had my work buy one in Red color for my desk, I've been using that one for 2 years without any issues. Their warranty is 5yrs and are very responsive. First chair had a defect with the shock 2 months into use and called their support line, they didn't have a replacement shock in stock, so they sent me a whole new chair!. I've use corporate level chairs and I find this one fits my needs. This is my go-to chair If I ever need another.

For future reference, their support number is:
800-425-0049.
mon to fri 8am to 8pm eastern time.

Edit: just checked and I bought this chair for $60.99 in 2013! I guess the warranty is up.
