I have one. The thing I don't like is that it doesn't show which Amazon movies are Prime (free) and which aren't like the Roku does. So when you're surfing around you have to click on each movie to see if it's a rental or free.

I can't say specifically, but I do know that the 4K for me is much faster and more responsive than the latest non-4K was for me. I only have a 1080P.

Mine shows "Free with Prime Movies".

This is probably the best streaming device at this price range. I got it for $15 on Prime Day with trade-in discount though. The remote control is simple but very functional. I have been using it more than the Shield in the past month.

Open search on the home page. Enter "Avengers" and let me know if it's says free or not without actually clicking on Avengers once it comes up.

Roku app for Amazon is better than on their own platform?

When I turn on the 4k fire stick, it shows all the amazon prime videos automatically. You can also click on the amazon videos app.

Roku. I like Apple TV, but I can't stand the minimalist remote. Haven't used a Fire TV in a while, but it's much cheaper than an Apple TV so you could try that first to see if you like it.

Shipping $5.99, or free Store pick up. I believe is ships free on orders $35+. I has been at this price since the fire sale on Friday.
Still hesitating as my Samsung TV + raspberry pi have most apps we need.

I had a Roku a few years back and didn't like it. I'm sure the newer ones are much better but I'm currently using a FireTV Stick 1080p but want to upgrade to a 4K unit. The reason I'm contemplating getting an AppleTV 4K unit is because my household has iPhones, iPads and several Macs. Just wondering if it's worth the extra price.

My old fire stick doesn't support some of the apps out now, so there must be an upgrade in hardware. This is a solid deal and the 4K Fire Stick is the best bang for the buck IMO.

Roku. Just for the search function. It goes through prime/hulu/netflix/hbo and tells me prices if not included in my current services. Fire stick is retired to the garage and for traveling, roku ultra all the way. Plus, I think my roku spies on me less
