Doesn't seem like this deal is too hot, but just in case you're on the fence: The whole backup feature is really convoluted.

There are much better solutions for data backup these days.

Please explain? I'm always interested in better backup solutions.

Is it not as easy as they say? Seems like you can transfer from a phone or tablet straight to a USB stick... it's easy to criticize, but can you give a better solution? Would really appreciate it.

I'm looking for an easy way to back up my photos off my iPhone every week or so. Backing them up to my computer the to another media... this seems like it would eliminate one step.

Not sure if it's what you're looking for, but look into the Samsung T5

Don't have an iPhone but I used Onedrive to back up photos and videos from my android to my PC with sync enabled. And then use a local sync software to sync one way from onedrive backup folder to an external hdd with just copy over option (not exactly syncing cuz it won't delete any files in destination folder) , so even if I delete files from Onedrive, backup files aren't affected by it. Also do free google photos backup, it degrades photo/video but looks exactly the same to me at least on the phone and TV. It might be different if I'm trying to print it large scale but I'm not going to do that so this setup works perfectly for me.

This would seem to be a really nice charger/device to have and a good deal at this $27 price. I would likely not care much about the data transfer capability, but I just got a used Pixel 3a, so the USB-C QC/PD port/charging output option would be nice to have to go along with the USB-A port with QC charging and 2 IQ charging ports for older devices.

I'm curious, has anyone here actually bought this charger? If so, if you have a phone that utilizes it, how is the PD charging output on it? Especially, if you have a Pixel phone? Some feedback about this would be great.

Also, much thanks to the OP for posting this deals on here for others to see! I'm a fan of RAVPower products, so please keep posting deals on their products on here, if you have more to share with the SD community.

I love RAVPower too, but this particular one is fakespot F, so I'm going to stay away. If it didn't have the weird backup stuff I'd consider it.
