These look like addressable RBB with 3 is pin 5 volts, as opposed to older style of rgb which is 4 pin 12v

i made this mistake of spending money on the argb coolermastes b/c they look cooler only to find out my mobo is regular rgb and i'm still very salty about it.

but 12v will fry 5v controllers.

I ordered these from amazon before and was really excited at first. Plugged the 3 fans in the control hub together and turn on my pc. Heard a *pop* and started smelling smoke. The control box was fried and the Fan LED's weren't working. Im sure the fans themselves were fine but there was no way to test them since the cable are proprietary.

Would not get again.

These work just fine for me. I cant comment on more specifics like aura sync or anything like that, i just wired them up, turned my computer on and they worked. Although the remote is a bit basic, but if you mess around with it im sure you will get the color you want. for under $25 id buy these again

Got these and am very happy with them. Supposed to work with the Aurora software but no dice as of yet, was hoping to work some magic to get it to work with iCue but also no dice as of yet. The remote has them under control for now and is good enough for now

Got these last time. Good fans. Nice even color. Reasonably quiet. I don't have them synced to anything, but I'm happy with them.

I've used this on a couple of builds and they have turned out really nicely.

They use proprietary cables so you can't mix these with your existing setup.

I ordered this on Newegg with the previous deal. One of the fan wasn't lighting up and the worst part, if i add the non working fan the other two was also not working. When I remove the strange fan the other two fans are good. I returned it now! Maybe I am that one unlucky guy
