Mine appears to have been lost in shipping.
Tracking says "expected delivery sat aug 10 by 8:00 pm" ... It's 10:30 pm.
and
"Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility. "

But there hasn't been a tracking update for 3 days, and the last one was on the other side of the country.

Wonderful.

I love this watch! Just ordered myself a second one. Thank you! So on the back of this watch is a picture of a submarine with the words "Battle Stations !" this is crazy to me and I didn't know this before buying the watch. Well I was a US Navy Submarine Sailor about 3 months ago after finishing my 5 yr contract. I'm ordering myself a second one now and will wear this remembering all my fellow sailors down below. Thank you.
Thank you for your service!

Does anyone know if the strap on this watch is easily replaceable? i'd like to use a NATO strap if possible.

USPS found mine and it arrived today. 45mm is big, but not too big. Though the band seems a bit short for such a large watch.. I just have big wrists.

The seconds hand doesn't match up with the tick marks at any of the main markers, like 00, 15, 30, 45, etc. Definitely not worth the MSRP. At $30.. meh. Will try a NATO strap on it.

The strap is easily replaceable. Each piece is held on with two screws, blind-nut like things, and a metal bracket. Just remove the screws and the straps come right off, leaving two beefy lugs to pass a NATO strap through.

Attached is a photo with a NATO strap. Forgive the lint, the surface is rough and does like to grab it.
And the color combo isn't great, it was just the closest NATO type strap I had nearby.

The picture also shows what I mentioned earlier, the second hand doesn't match up with the main marks. In the picture the watch is showing 10 seconds, but the hand is just before the 10 second mark. The next tick will skip the thick bar and go to the very thin bar.

Almost tempted to open it and see if I can rotate the mechanism slightly... It's only a $30 watch, heh.

How does the date on this work? Do you have to adjust or correct for months that have 30 vs 31 days, eg. especially for February?

It has no concept of months, so yes, for months without 31 days you have to manually adjust it.

I can't seem to wrap my head around this trend of truly massive watches. People are walking around looking like Flava Flav.

I was considering this too. Might also relume the dial and handles so it actually glows brighter. Any idea how to get the back open though?
