Seems like a great idea, however when you consider that its max flow is 1 gallon per minute (GPM) and it only holds a little over 5 gallons... that's five minutes before you have to go fill it up again.

While you can hook up to a hose, if you are going through that, you may as well just get a regular power washer which will give you a higher PSI.

The only benefit is the battery, however it's unclear how long it will actually last (charge) AND how long it will last (longevity). Possible it could become a paperweight after X years or you have to buy a new battery, no doubt at a reasonably high cost in comparison to the cost of the item.

That said, it looks to be a good deal if you were going to buy this item anyway.

5 minutes of spray time seems enough to do the average car unless you like to play with the foam

Hi there, the eBay condition shows New.

Update - added: Link [ebay.com] to the refurbished version (SPX6000C-XR-RM)

Unfortunately New doesn't mean New on eBay.

And sellers get really annoyed at you when you give them bad feedback for lying in the description.

This item is definitely refurbished.

Look at the reviews on Amazon for both the old and the new model -- huge difference. Great price though.
