Its either HBO or Spotify. Not both - Not a great deal to be honest for $80. There are service providers who give a lot more for very less.

Well if you have ATT and they give you a free thing, isn't that a good deal? Understood that getting ATT for this sole perk is not a great deal. Though for those of us that have it, it's not too shabby.

I have ATT currently and use HBO. But I was hoping they would provide additional perks like Tmobile/MetroPC or Sprint.

When I saw free spotify I got excited thinking it's one another additional perk rather it turned out to be a replacement for already existing service. Its just that you can either get one of those services for Free.

Maybe OP should update the post accordingly and it's a little misleading. Not complaining just think it will make people understand better.

Btw, thanks for posting it should be great for people who doesn't need HBO and are in the respective plans for current customers.

Please note that this is not for all AT&T Unlimited customers. Based on the announcement above, this is only for the current unlimited customers. None of the older unlimited plans quality.

I had the original unlimited plan with corporate discount and it was cheaper for me to switch to the new unlimited plan (corporate discount not allowed on new plans)
I have 3 lines and even without the corp. discount I am paying $40 less vs the old rate.
Now though I get a free perk (I chose pandora), hotspot and more money in my wallet

I'm on the Unlimited Plus with 10 lines, which is $30/line, has prioritized data and free HBO. It doesn't allow employer discounts, but is still cheaper than the current unlimited plans.

It looks like they took the six months free off of their THANKS program. Wonder if it is temporary.

I have a grandfather'd unlimited data plan with AT&T. Got excited for this deal...downloaded the at&t thanks apps, but I'm not seeing anything for Spotiy listed. Bit annoyed.

I have corporate discount on just one line (71.29 + fees = $84/mnth). This new plan shows $80 per line without corporate discount...Assuming it's not taking in consideration of the fees, so at least $10/more. Doesn't seem worth swapping.
