As I understand there are many 2019 models (not just their flagship Q9 line). This is the Q6 which was 'refreshed' in 2019.

First paragraph of the rtings link describes this. Q6FN was 2018 and Q60R is 2019.

How they can claim full manufacturer's warranty when they (ielectrica) are clearly not an authorized dealer?

Lots of other ielectrica deals on slicksdeals. And this same question usually ends up in all of them.

I think ielectrica is probably a front for a larger brick and mortar. Which is why they are able to sell for prices probably lower than the manufacturer allows. I believe all warranty claims would go through the brick and mortar which is an authorized dealer.

I know, a lot of I thinks, maybe sand believes... but I haven't heard of an issue yet....

seems like the 2019 q60r is actually a downgrade from the 2018 q6fn, as per rtings.com
