What is the better deal out there rather than building your own?

This case uses cheap components inside( i.e. Ram, Cpu cooler, power supply, GPU) and has only one fan in the back to pull all the air out.
The money would be much better put into watching a 30 min youtube video on how to build a pc and buying the parts

I had this motherboard burn out on me on this model, out of warranty. The cost was $300+ due to the proprietary motherboard and header.
