I'm a member. Not active or veteran, and I am receiving this offer every few weeks.

I always thought their products were exclusive to the military.

Nope. I've got a bank account with them. A lot of USAA's products are exclusive to military families, but there are some things that aren't.

Their banking services are available to anyone. The insurance requires some link to the military, I wasn't but my dad was.

* Correction - looks like they changed it back to military only for banking services. There was a while when it was open to the public. *

i just tried and it prompted to log in. I clicked on Register and it required some sort of military info from me or family member.

Hmm..it was for a while but looks like not anymore. The older you get the faster the years go by. Looks like they actually changed it back to military only in 2013.

Is the offer not actually advertised on USAA? I'm tempted but am only interested for the balance transfer offer, when I sign in, no 0% offer showing.
