It's still a nice deal. Brushed motors aren't inherently bad, it's just an older technology. I used to be contractor and I have plenty of tools which have brushed motors that have been abused for almost two decades, including battery-powered tools. I understand a pro maybe wanting the newest tech for this and that reason, but for the average homeowner, this kit is more than adequate. Even as a pro I wouldn't hesitate buying this kit. Brushless tech is expensive and not everyone wants to fork over that kind of cash.

This all day long, I hear so much absolute nonsense about how people won't buy them because they aren't brushless. Brushless is cool and all but most nerds trolling Slickdeals would be served perfectly fine by brushed tools.

If you're a homeowner and want to build up a tool set necessary for diy, this is a great deal. I would've picked this up right away if I didn't have any tools.

The lowest I have seen this kit was $189 for 24 hrs. $199 seems to be once every quarter or so. I bought 3 last time to part out but wouldn't buy today because of the spectacular m12 fuel deal

Rather get the FUEL version because personally I don't consider flashlight a tool.

Wish they would quit bundling these 1.5Ah batteries. Stop making them already Milwaukee.

Generally 15-30% lower than the Amazon tool only price. I wouldn't try to flip this set, needs to be slicker

Do you have any more details on this deal? I haven't seen it posted. Wondering how to go about getting it. :-)

I ended up buying two of the Fuel deal, keeping one each of the drill and impact and the two 4.0 Batts. Sold rest. 4.0 Batts are great. Still light but last forever! The impact is one sexy sob!

Check sold listings on eBay and deduct 10-15% if selling on CL
