This is a great deal! Thanks OP ツ

For a couple of dollars more (per microsd card) you can get two Extreme Plus cards from Costco for $39.99... Something to consider when choosing a microSD card is how you plan to use the card.

The card in this deal "ULTRA" is high end consumer; "EXTREME" is high end professional.
Both cards are intended for devices requiring high speed storage for photography.

ULTRA is good for recording up to 1080p HD;
EXTREME is higher speed, and can record up to 4K video.

The EXTREME Plus cards are ideal if you're using in a GoPro or other camera that needs higher write speeds.

Only A1. A2 is a fantastic improvement in small file transfer performance.

Also, yes.. It is slower than the Samsung models which have faster read and write speeds that cost a few bucks more.

I chatted with Best Buy rep. They did not price match with this because the model number is different from the one listed on Best Buy website...

Geesh I didn't even realize there was another spec to watch for on these. I don't buy them enough to pay attention but how confusing for most people I bet.

It may be slower then Samsung but a lot of devices, like Nintendo Switch, cant take advantage of the faster speed cards like Samsung. So for a Switch or for data storage on a tablet, you dont need anything faster because you wont notice the difference. Now if you are using it to transfer large files all the time or to record 4k a lot, then yes, spend a few bucks more and get a faster card.

Same here. Bought my first micro sd card in many years about a month ago.

I like to research things before buying. Came across the A2 "application" spec. Benchmarks show large small file transfer improvements.

I ended up getting the "128GB SanDisk Extreme PLUS UHS-I U3 A2 V30 microSDXC " from B&H for $26. In my wife's s9. Working seamlessly.
