This or the upcoming TCL 6 series? Also, no Dolby Vision.

While this is a pretty good price, I think the one everyone jumped all over was the clearance 75" at Walmart.

Personally, I say 6 series tcl if you can get it for $600-700 but I'm biased cuz that's what I own. My friend owns the Q6 (last years model) and the dimming/lighting on that tv doesn't seem as good, but I don't know the complete specs. No Dolby vision for me is a big deal breaker (if you've never seen a movie in Dolby vision, take my word it is insane). Also I like Roku over the Samsung store, but that's personal preference.

From a pure values perspective, definitely tcl 6 series. I think it's up to debate which is better overall tv.

Yeah, I got a Q7C 55" for an insane $600 new, but I'm having buyers remorse because I really want FALD and Dolby Vision with a TCL.

This Q6 also isn't that bright apparently either.

Motion alone TCL 6 could never compete with the Qled, 120HZ native vs 60HZ, now factor everything else. Better color, contrast and leaps bounds outstandingly significantly better design.

TCL 6 is a good tv from a manufacturer that never made a good tv prior to this year and it's their top model at a very good price, but let's be realistic here.........

Q6 is Samsung entry into Qled , Q7 and the Amazing Q8 are light years ahead of the competition and if you want top of the line 4K Q9 is debatably the best tv produced as of today
