Don't be naive. I'm sure he was referring to Nationwide Distributors. A name just generic enough to sound like something you've heard of...I've never heard of them either. There's a third party seller calling itself that on amazon with 23 reviews but the logos are different. So the question remains...is this safe?

Google Express purchase protection policy allows for companies to have their own return policy, separate from google...it's something to be aware of before purchasing.

This is still ~$13 more than the expired Rakuten deal, right? https://slickdeals.net/f/13286071-bose-quietcomfort-35-series-ii-wireless-noise-cancelling-headphones-237-96-ac-fs?attrsrc=Test%3AHideExpiredSearch%3AHide%20Expired&src=SiteSearchV2Algo

I purchased these headphones from these folks last week and they arrived in just a few days. They appear to have been targeted for the European market. Didn't matter to me, they worked/sounded fine, and the serial number was accepted by Bose for registration purposes.

ONE WORD OF WARNING - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE UPGRADE THE FIRMWARE - YOU WILL RUIN THE NOISE CANCELLATION BY UPGRADING TO REV. 4.5.2.

Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I just sent the cans back to the seller as there is no way to revert to an earlier version of firmware. Completely hassle free return with UPS label. Hope this saves someone the hassle I just went through.

honestly, dont buy bose qc35. while there is no doubt their nc system is one among the best, their recent firmware releases have gradually degraded the true capability of their nc system. i accidently upgraded mine to 3.0.3 and the headphones with nc on at max sound like a $50 pair.

Only at Rakuten.
Price on other sites has not changed in months. It's been stuck at MSRP even during prime day.

What do you mean by " targeted for European Market"?
