This isn't for serving heaping portions of your award winning stews, folks, but it's not supposed to be. Ladles come in different sizes for different uses, like most tools.

This is great for gravies, compotes, sauces, oil, batter for small pancakes... anywhere you want a small amount of some liquid.

Even if you're using it to serve sauces, that's still tiny. Anyone know what these are meant to be used with?

i am going to be extremely vague here but there is a 'discerning customer' who would clearly know that this device would work GREAT cooking with baking soda.

Maybe for tapioca bubbles in bubble tea or to scoop something out from a long storage container (sugar, powder mix)
