That's a huge quantity of powder. It says refrigeration and low humidity recommended. How well do zip locks actually work at keeping out moisture?

I'm not a big matcha expert, but bag was good quality. Powder was loose packed and there was not clumping. I've been using it to make matcha and honey drinks. The taste is good.
