Dont. I did before I knew the politics of the company. I have to mute his commercials, his voice grates on my nerves. Although they dont flatten I just dont care for "comfort" factor.

My experience a few months ago with these:

Bought two, and picked them up. They were different firmness, despite having purchased two of the same. Probably human error. Make sure you pick up what you buy.

After 2 months of light or no use, seams on one pillow came apart.

Will I buy more? I dunno. They're soft, feel nice, but the fact it broke open after 2 months screams LOW QUALITY.

My 2c.

See above post.
You either haven't tried these pillows yet, to see how rapidly they go flat.
OR You haven't a comparably priced pillow from slickdeals, to see how long a pillow should last

I stuck with these for >5yrs, buying new RL every 6mo, till the moment I tried other brands. I had just accepted that pillows went flat in a couple months.

The $5-$6 CK pillows last MANY times as long as the Ralph Lauren. And both have the pointless brand name on a covered up pillow. Wait till a Macy's CK pillow deal, and buy those instead.
When they do go flat, you can see how much more they were stuffed. The Ralph Lauren ones were no more than 2" thick at the end of 6 months (FLAT!). The CK ones were 3.5"-4" when flat. And it took >4x as long to go flat.

Costco ~$8 kingsize Tommy Bahama pillows took forever to go flat, but puffed back to life after a wash & dry cycle. Still have them, 4yrs later.

(And yes, I tried washing the RL & CK ones too. RL didn't budge, stayed dead. The CK ones got a bit better, to a usable thickness. You should always try this, before you toss em, you'll either revive em or slightly prolong em.... unless it's RL)
4 years later? You do know that pillows are breeding ground for dust mites, who eat sleep and die inside the pillows?

Please, people, replace your pillows every year.
