I suppose I should have been more verbose. Usually when I see jeans I expect them to be, $18, $20, or heck even $60, or $100, so a price of $5.xx was interesting. When I learn I would save two dollars and forty cents, I didn't think it was that big a deal (a 90% off sale might sound exciting until you realize the original price was 10 cents, and now its a penny). I'm not saying saving 2 something bucks isn't worthwhile, but it wasn't the savings I was expecting. I didn't thumbs down the deal, nor even provide much additional commentary, just wanted people to know it was minor savings. I regularly see things posted where the savings are less than 5 bucks, and sometimes I question if its really worth it to gum up the posts with such small savings (I could post dollar-off coupons all day if such meager savings was worth posting). But to each their own, I rarely complain about such things, rather just notify someone that, before clicking to target to browse, they might know its only 2 bucks and change in savings.

Yeah, and that's equivalent to 30% off. A lot of items have less than 20% off and still get to the FP. Just sayin...

This is a very valid point. I'm not dumbing down this deal either.

SD is for deal. It doesn't say good or bad. 2% off or 50% off. Each small savings count here. I saw people posted deal to save 25 cents. All is good!

Do you have a red card? Shipping is free with it but you have to go to about the last page before hitting submit before you see it. 👍

I've wondered about low savings on prior deals, too. But this one is a no brainer since it's a popular clothing line at a popular retailer during bts and season transitioning. People "have to" buy right now so if they're getting 30% off before amex and rc stacks, that's actually a great deal.

There are Amex offers on a few cards. My particular card that has them is the Blue Cash preferred. In this case the offer is 15% in a statement credit up to $10.

I can see your point. However, you need to keep in mind that the discount multiplies accross multiple pairs. In my case, with back to school coming up I bought 7 pairs between my two boys so I saved $16.80 thanks to this post.

Price shows $8. Did this expire or is there a coupon that should be applied?
