I've been on sprint for three years now. A 8gb no throttling plan. It's absolutely horrible. You can have 4bars of LTE and no internet due to network congestion. It's not worth it.

Not sure why you're being down voted. I agree. Sprint service is not that good. Sure it's unlimited no throttling data, but it's never very fast.

Yup i get free stuff and credits all the time due to #1 with them for so long and #2 the network is so badly congested that even next to a tower it is slow. But i stay with them due to the perks they give me when i call in and complain to them.

I've been with Sprint since 2010. How exactly are you getting anything out out them? I don't get anything.

I have been with them since 2000 and like with anything else you have to tell people how unhappy you're if of course your service is like mine really awful as they will look if you're in a good area or not.

I live in NYC and have had Sprint for 2 years with no complaints. Sprint service is perfect in cities.

Hmmmmmm, I get the feeling that Sprint Service might be dependent on location. It seems like it's POSSIBLE that might play a factor into how good or how bad it is. Of course, I am just spit balling here and could be totally wrong...

Looks like it is bill credits:

Note10 $19.79/mo. after $19.80/mo. credit; Note10+ $26.04/mo. after $19.80/mo. credit, applied within 2 bills. With approved credit, 18-mo. lease & new line of service. If you cancel early, remaining balance due.

You are better off going through BestBuy. You get up to 600 on a trade in, in addition to the bill credits. Also, you get the bill credits for the full 24 months, instead of only 18.

On an upgrade, you get 100 off plus up.to 600 trade in credit, although you may be better off just buying unlocked from Samsung.
