HP Envy x360 15t touch 2 in 1 (15 inch screen) for around $700.00 $664.99 with coupon code LASTCHANCE5 and comes with a 1-year subscription of McAfee antivirus, a 32 GB USB thumb drive, and an active pen all included in the price. Honestly, fantastic deal considering that it's a 300.00 discount from the original price of 1029.99 and has a i7-8565U (8th gen) quad core, 8 GB of ram, and 256 GB SSD and comes with a free active pen and 32 GB thumb drive. Perfect for school work, college, and work with a boasted 9 hours of battery life. Screen quality could be better but decent enough (too glossy) and graphics (Intel UHD 60) are decent enough for light gaming. Ends tonight.

What sucks on this one is that you have to pay $150 to upgrade to the display with integrated privacy screen in order to get the backlit keyboard. That stinks. I need the backlit keyboard, but the display upgrade.

I assumed it would. I would love to be wrong. With all of the colors other than Warm Gold, there's an option to choose a backlit keyboard. With the Warm Gold, that option disappears.

I didn't receive mine yet but the pavilion had a separate upgrade option for the backlit keyboard, and all the Envy models at best buy had them backlit.

I certainly hope mine has it! Lol

My 17 inch Envy does. I render it near silly to just not slap one on all laptops computers.

Must have expired. Took an extra 5% off when I posted it. I saw it in the other thread and was surprised it worked on this one too.

Can some one comment on the display upgrades available? I want to avoid auditioning another laptop with a dim display. Also so we do not know if a backlit keyboard is standard? I can't find any options for it.

Not sure if this is the exact same model and exact same year, but...

https://www.laptopmag.com/reviews...y-x360-15t

"The Intel Envy x360 emits a paltry 186 nits of brightness, while its AMD counterpart maxes out at a shockingly low 128 nits."

Brightness is one of the first things I always try to find on these. The design and build looks the same as the one reviewed, but they could easily have changed panels between years.

Think the Yoga 730 at BestBuy is something like 300nits. Next best I've been able to find without more $$ is the IPS version of the S340s that are rated around 250nits.
