Chase Sapphire Checking Account Offer - potential saving of 1% ( or $750 max) [YMMV]

Just saw this offer under my chase credit card dashboard,

requires a new chase sapphire checking account to be created and deposit
within 45 calendar days, transfer a total of $75,000 or more in qualifying new money or securities to a combination of eligible personal checking, savings, and/or investment accounts and maintain that balance for at least 90 days

Chase will deposit a bonus of $750 into your account but i believe since it is cash back , it may attract taxes at end of year.
Now, i don't have that sort of crazy money to get this approx. 1% cash back but if someone is interested, i can try putting it the email address and see if you get the offer code.

Highlights of account
no ATM fee worldwide
no Commission on trading on JP Morgan websites
offer expires 09/28/2019

This should a YMMV, since I could not find direct URL associated with it.
but i will post the screenshots i was able to collect.

kinda hard to digest when most online banks offer double this rate. i guess its a bold move from one of the Too Big To Fail banks to offer any interest rate above zero.

Not that i have 75k too invest, but this is a good deal if good deal if you do.

You earn 75k points over 3 months.

For the 75k you deposit, you can invest the money in a money market account earning 2.xx% interest.

Thus, your getting about 4% APY higher than a traditional online savings account

You open an investment account which counts towards the 75k. Within the investment account, you can purchase vanguard securities with 2.××% interest rates which count towards the savings account bonus

I took advantage of this when they had the ultimate rewards bonus offer, and I just dumped almost all of the money in VMMXX (a Vanguard money market fund). The return is going to be about as much as the higher rate savings accounts, so it can be worthwhile if you have the cash or securities to meet the $75k minimum.
