First dust it while it's dry.
Then use a damp, soft, lint-free cloth. Those microfiber glasses cleaning cloths work well, but there kind of hydrophobic. An old undershirt generally works pretty well.

We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Why do conservative politicians oppose conservation?

What ever you do...don't spray the liquid onto the screen.

Always spray the liquid onto the cloth, then use the cloth to wipe the screen.

Also, if you ever resort to cleaner of some kind that claims to be safe because water alone isn't doing the job, dilute it substantially. Eg. spray a little on a cloth, then add water. Avoid if possible. Screens have anti glare coatings that are easier to damage than you'd think.
