FIBARO Z-WAVE FLOOD SENSOR FGFS-101 $29.95

This works with Hubitat.

https://www.thesmartesthouse.com/...chip-model

The flood sensor is also a all time low and currently $20 off original price or $25 off if your comparing it to amazon.

Amazon for reviews and comparison.

Goes great with the water main smart home automation that is currently on sale on the same website from Dome.

Lol, hey at least they give you the option. Just run it off the batteries, they should last a year on average in there.

Free shipping seems to be at $99.00 as if you get this and shut-off it's free and "only" $99.90...unless they are including tax to reach free shipping.

Now I have to go check my cut-off valve to see if it's a lever instead of knob.

You are correct, just so used to writing and reading $99.99 I wrote that by accident, this was the follow up post, I had it correct in the OP.

Also your welcome, I cant wait for mine to arrive. No more heading to the front of the house to turn on and off the garden hose when I could do it with voice from my phone or from the dashboard Applause.

Yep I am becoming lazier by the minute.

They also have the Dome water sensor for $35 if you want one with zwave plus and a remote sensor. Or the Ecolink for $32.

Unless you need it to be a repeater your not really gaining too much. The ZW5 is the plus, but looking at reviews cause I wanted to see real usage with all the bells and whistles on one, battery will last about 2 months. If you turn off the indicators and LED's the battery will last far longer. Its a bit disappointing cause I originally read in the manufactures description up to 2 years on one battery with default settings. Maybe it depends on hub it connects too, will test and see when I get it.

I am still keeping mine on order, since this still looks like one of the most accurate and responsive flood sensors out there. I will have alerts setup to warn me of low battery or just find a way to plug it in where it sits in the future.
