I appreciate the reporting of this (and all) offer(s), however, why anyone would be willing to install ANY extension to their computer or phone that can read and modify ALL data on ALL web sites I never know. You have to trust not only that the owners of the app (not only this one from Amazon, but Honey and all the rest) will never read and store or use your bank account logins, etc., AND that they have such great safeguards that their websites will never be hijacked by malicious players who will be looking to skim all this info using the permissions you willingly gave to the original extension.

This app has terrible reviews & allows permissions to pretty much everything on your phone. U r getting $5 to allow them to collect every bit of info on u for 5 days. Up to u. I think it's a hard pass for me & i love me some free credits
I have a plethora of Echos, they have access to my entire life 24/7. I'll take the $5 😂

for the record i do like privacy but also on the other hand, i dont really care. can you please clarify how this leads to "i dont think the right way" and losing my job, bank accounts, and my possessions? if i had to chose one or the other i would chose privacy, but as it stands, i havent been negatively affected by letting alexa record my interactions, asking google for mathematic calculations, letting amazon see what im looking to shop for.

You just install it for Chrome. If you're using Chrome, then you've already given everything away to Google anyway. I just put it on Chrome because the only thing I use Chrome for is Netflix and Hulu because stupid Firefox has a bad tearing issue with video, and I'm pretty sure Netflix and Hulu already tell Google what I'm watching.
