FYI you can get complete sets of all 18 figures on eBay for around $85. Yes that's more than the retail price but it also takes out the risk of duplicates. (Possibly no tax for some too.)

Not hard to tell who is who in this set. I have a full set plus double of the Ducks. Huey Dewey and Louis are 2x per box.

I remember a while back taking my daughter to the Lego Store and we saw these. There was a grown man feeling all of the bags to finish his collection. He was nice enough to find Anna and Elsa for my daughter but damn people are serious about their Legos.
Don't judge me, I'm buying them for my kids. At least that's my story.

plus the 1 dollar no rush digital credit. IF you are already buying these new complete series deals from amazon you are getting the mini fig 50% off.

So 3 figs plus that new muppet babies season for 10 bucks all in makes for a happy kid.

Ive just started looking into Lego's and didn't know minifigs are this expensive. I have a total of 2 minifigs in my collection. Wouldnt it make more sense for me to buy a pack like 60134 if I just want add some guys/gals, instead of getting this at $3/pc?

Hi. These are definitely the most expensive way to buy minifigs. These cost more typically because lego will make custom pieces for the figs that have never been used in any other set.

These are mostly for collectors or for people trying to get a specific figure. If you just want random lego people, used is definitely the way to go. Or buy a set that goes on sale but has at least 3 minifigs in them and it brings the price per fig down to like 1-2 dollars, plus you get extra lego pieces.

But ya, any way you slice it, minifgs (and legos in general) are not a great value in terms of what they cost for what you get. Its why I try and buy used when I can.

Only problem is you can't feel through the packaging to try and get the ones you want. My wife is particularly gifted at this and when the salesperson at the LEGO Store headed our way I thought we were going to be asked not to do it, but instead they helped us and gave us some tips on how to feel out the one we were searching for!
I spent 30 minutes at target searching for the "Dragon guy"
