There's a search function for a reason.

Not at all, generally. However, in this case people keep posting this as if it's a deal when the emails have in fact been trickling out since before Christmas, and the vast majority simply don't have the email yet. It's getting monotonous.

I have been using mine for over a month, IMO it is not ready for wide release yet, alexa can't find addresses worth a crap even when you give her all the info including zip code, she has problems finding large towns. looses connection frequently while playing music via a skill

However, her incompetent answers are sometimes hilarious and entertaining, frustrating at others..

She does do well on giving me the time when she is connected.

Even with those faults, the Echo Auto is tons better than the Roav Viva in my experience.

I was hoping to use it for things I do in a car unlike my echo dot. Things like navigation, playing the radio on boat that has no radio (connected to a bluetooth speaker) . But it just keeps losing connection which is a huge part of it working at all.

Even with that I signed up for a second one to see if I got bad one.

He's right. It has nothing to do with being petty. The OP is wasting everybody's time as well as forum space with something that has already been posted. It's pretty sad that people can't read RULE #1 of posting. It's on the top of the effing screen when you submit a post.

how do you get three months of Audible? I see the link on the alexa auto page but do not see how to sign up for it on that page.

As excited as I am for this, just get an Echo Input. Yes, you have to run it off of a hotspot, but it still has amazing pickup and is quite cheap.

Honestly, the hotspot is probably a deal killer for me. Dealing with getting the kids in the car and what not I can guarantee you I will forget to turn on my hotspot every time. I would need to set up something that automatically turns on my hotspot when I connect to my radio's bluetooth. How does the echo input work with a car stereo? Will I need to run an input cable from the echo to the radio?

My comment was in reference to a post about using the Echo Input instead of the echo auto.
